SUBJECT: Mission C216C Flown on 26 November 1966
1. This is a preliminary post mission intelligence
summary concerning Mission C216C. This summary is based
largely on information provided by the field detachment.

2. Mission C216C took off at 0230Z and landed safely
at its base at 0633Z. The mission was aborted at point R
because of overheating in System 13C. No surface-to-air
miasiles were encountered

3. Of the 23 COMOR targets probably about half were 25X1C
photographed. Four of the seven targets
were probably photographed. However, it should ne noted that
of these the most important were probably covered. These are
the airfields at Luchiao, Ningpo, and Chuhsien; the important
naval base at Hou So Cheng--one of the most important to US
intelligence--and the two suspect cruise missile sites on the
coast between Luchiao and Ningpo. The only targets of more
than routine interest which were not overflown were the two
airfields in the Nanchang area_,~nd Lienchen$-.4irf ield.
