Subject Contract
This Contractor has reviewed the provisions of the subject contract
and returns executed acknowledgment copies as Enclosure (1) hereto.
During Reference (a) discussion, Contract Clauses (General Provisions)
were reviewed. Although this Contractor questioned the inclusion of
Clauses 29, 33 and 47, it was mutually agreed that (1) the clause was
superseded by reference under Contract Schedule, or (2) the clause
was self-deleting. Further, it was agreed that a contract amendment
would be issued to extend the delivery schedule pending completion
of status review and mutual agreement of both parties.
