1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 1 to
Contract No. NOw_66_0451 issued between
Inc., and the United States of America.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, CHANGES,
of the General Provisions of this contract, it is in the
interest of the Government to amend the contract as
follows:
The first line of PART II - DELIVERY of the Schedule
is deleted and the following is substituted therefor:
"On or before 1 April 1966, contractor shall
complete the work called for under PART I and furnish
the items included therein to the customer."
3. All other terms, conditions and requirements of
Contract No. NOw_66_045l remain unchanged.
4. Please indicate your receipt and acceptance of
this Amendment No. 1 to the contract by executing the
original and two copies of this amendment. Return the fully
executed original and one copy to the undersigned and retain
the remaining copy for your files.
