Permits
It is requested that three reserve parking
permits be issued to the undersigned. These
tickets are required for the following individuals;
a A new employee who is being hired
as an SPS at a salary equivalent to a GS-17.
This employee will EOD 4 January 1965.
b. An employee who is crippled in both
legs as a result of polio. She walks with
great difficulty.
c. An employee who has a deformed hip
and log and walks with difficulty.
