Reference requested that the Office of Special Activities negotiate
for the redesign of the SYSTEMS XVII. The redesign of
the SYSTEMS XVUneceessariily entails the weddin of compatible antenna
structures to the aircraft frame. while was selected as the
contractor to _ revue the fabrication of the SYSTEMS X'V , it was envisioned
that 'would conduct necessary test and evaluation . of ancillary
a i%tenna structures to determine their aerodynamic feasibility together 25X1A5a1
with their effect on aircraft performance.
2. Techncal Proposal 183, atta had, has been reviewed by the
Office of ELINT Staff and has been determined acceptable. Accordingly, 25X1A5a1
it is requested that your Office proceed with negotiations with -
