We have received payment of the amount established as the final price by
Reference (B), and all credits or adjustments have been made. Reference
(A) provided the final report on "Patent Rights".,
Since we are using the tooling and other residual Government property'in
the performance of the follow-on Contract SP-1928, we suggest that the sub-
ject contract be relieved of accountability for such material and that it be
transferred to SP-1928. If you concur with this suggestion, we will consider
.SP-1926 completed and closed..
