1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 3 to Task Order No.
12 issued under Contract No. EG-400 between Eastman Kodak Company
and. the United States of America.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, "CHANGES" of Contract
No. EG-400, it is in the interest of the Government to amend Task Order
No. 12 as follows to cover a cost overrun incurred. in the performance
of work thereunder.
Paragraph 3, ESTIMATED COST AND FIXED-FEE, in the task order
is deleted and. the following Paragraph 3 is substituted therefor:
"3. ESTIMATED COST AND FIXED-FEE
a. The estimated cost of the erformance of this Task Order,
exclusive of the E: I 25X1A
Costs in excess of this
amount shall not be incurred without the prior written authorization
of the Contracting Officer.
3. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Task Order
No. 12, as amended, remain unchanged.
1. Please indicate your receipt and acceptance of this Amendment
No. 3 to Task Order No. 12 to EG-400 by executing the original and two
copies hereof. Return the fully executed. original and one copy to the
undersigned and. retain the remaining copy for your files.
