1. In accordance with the provisions of Contract No. EG-2+00 and
effective upon your acceptance hereof, you are authorized to proceed
with the performance of Task Order No. 9 to said contract.
2. The scope of work to be performed under this Task Order and
such additional provisions as may be applicable are set forth in the
attached schedule.

ESTIMATED COST AND FIXED-FEE:
a. The estimated cost of the performance of this Task Order.

The Contractor shall fabricate and deliver the following equipment
to the Government:
a. 1 each - Versamat Processor complete with roll feed
adapter, roll take-up adapter, skip back
crossover, and spare parts kits.

2. DELIVERIES
Deliveries of the above items of equipment shall commence within
three months after Contractor's acceptance of this task order and shall be
completed within five months thereafter.
3. ANTICIPATORY COSTS
All costs which have been incurred by the Contractor on or after 21_
JaanuarZ125 in anticipation of and prior to the signing of this Task
Order ,No. 9 and which if incurred after the signing of this Task Order
would have been considered as allowable cost hereunder will be accepted
by the Contracting Officer as cost under this Task Order.

4. It jr, understood and agreed that Item la-.., above, is to be
purchased in accordance with PART VII - INTERDIVISIONAL BILLING CLAUSE,
of the master contract, and ASPR 15-205.22 (e), and therefore, no fee is
included in the estimated contract price of this task order for Item 1 a.
