2. There was a brief discussion on the proposed RDRB
charter amendments. The next meeting of the Board which is
scheduled for 6 August 1964, will be devoted exclusively to
drafting a new charter acceptable to all.

thus far by the Counter-Audio Panel set up by the RDRB.
