Gentlemen:
In accordance with your telephone request, we are submitting here -
with our bid to provide your organization n~nion with fur systems identical
to those systems developed 627.
The costs, based on utilizing a cost-plus -fixed-fee contract for four
systems, is
Delivery of the first system will be effected within a maximum of
twelve weeks from receipt of your authorization and will be completed
within a maximum of sixteen weeks-
A system is defined as: 2 recorders. 4 microphones, 4 batteries,
2 remote control cables, 10 cartridges. I reproducer in attachd case,
1 degausser. I stereo head set, 1 tool kit, I record level test cord,
and 1 manual.
We are very anxious to provide this capability for your organization
and look forward to your prompt approval of this bid.
