SUBJECT : Request to Release Documents to an
ACDA Contractor
REFERENCE Your Secret memo dated 6 August;, same subject
1. Inasmuch as the Intelligence Publications Index (IPI)
is an index to selected intelligence publications of the intelligence
community covering all subjects and some of the reports indexed
therein are not releasable to contractors, it is not considered
appropriate to release the several semi-annual cumulations of the
IPI to the personnel of 1
2. The ACDA Project Control Officer should select individual
reports pertinent to the Contract Study based on his review of the
IPI and obtain approval err the release of these selected documents
from the source agencies in accordance with present procedures.
