..1. Effective 8 January 19629 Airgrams and circular instructions will
be disseminated by the Office of Central Reference instead of by the Cable
Secretariat.
2. These communications will be processed through dispatch channels
by OCR, Documents Division. in the same manner as other non-Agency dis-
patches.
3. Upon request, the. Cable Secretariat will provide copies of these
documents dated prior to 8 January 1962,
