General Willard Webb, Chief, Stack & Reader Division, Library of
Congress has retired. His replacement is Mr. Gordon W. Patterson,
formerly Assistant Chief of the Division. Mr. Patterson will be retiring
shortly; however, until his successor is named, materials which were
formerly sent to General Webb should be addressed to Mr. Patterson and
transmitted in care of Mrs. Mildred Pormer, Room 122 E, Library of
Congress.
