The first day was spent in administrative processing and orientation on CIA and ORR organization, mission and functions by Mission and functions of the Materials Division and of the Food and Agriculture Branch of D/M were discussed by respectively. The second day was spent on specific problems involved in producing intelligence reports by the Food and Agriculture Branch. Today's session will be a continu- ation with the opportunity for the Panel to have its own private session.
