1. Emergency medical treatment for injuries suffered in line of
duty or for any medical emergency for CIA" employees (and PBA person-
nel assigned to duty within the CIA area), i.rncluditag all ambulance
service, will be obtained during 0830 hoitr;; to 1700 hours on normal
workdays by calling
2. All CIA employees (and PBA personnel assigned to duty within
the CIA area) requiring e ergency medical troatment for injuries or
medical emergency suffer d in line of duty dur,i.ng hours other than
indicated in paragraph lY" above, may obtain soon at the Providence Hos-
pital, 2nd and D Stroots, 8.E. Form CA-16 is required and should be
completed prior to ,reporting to the hospital. l as soon thereafter as
possible. All building, -guards maintain a supply of this form.
3. During hours other than indiortod in paragraph 1 above, emor--
goncy ambulance service for all CIA omp1.3ure?s '(and PISA personnel as-
signed to duty within the CIA area) suffering from illness or injury
incurred while on Government duty or while on Government promises is
to be sui-mionod as follows s
