In Mr, Flbridge Durbrow, Counselor of Embassy, Yoscow,
U,S.SOR,s will discuss the current situation in the Soviet
Union at 2:30 on lfonday, August 16, 19118, in the Situation
Room,.

Affairs in the State Department serving both as Assistant Chiet
and Chief. He is a career Fordign Service dtficer with over
18 years of services
3, Recipients are requested to notify the Presentation
Division, ORE of the names of the persons who are to
attend this presentation, If cancellation of reservations
becomes necessary, the Presentation Division should be promptly
notified. It is expected that response to this presentation
will be heavy, therefore, it is requested that submission of
names be limited to those who have a direct interest in the
subject to be discussed,
