tendency among those who do hold.assigned spaces toj take th

convenient vacancy-when their own spaces are being illegally occu-
pied., Such action by displaced assignees results in a chain,
reaction when assignees, arriving. 1ater,resort to the same practice.
Therefore, restraint Is urged upon those who find their own spaces
so occupied. Consideration for others assigned spaces within the
area dictates parking tenmoraily outside of the parking lot until
action by' the Administrative Staff and the Services Branch, AMA
results in the removal of the offending vehicle.
