Branch has made a brief Survey o e CFPS -files. Attached
is her report.

Based on my personal knowledge of ICAPS' files and
s comments, 1 believe that the ICAPS' files are not
overi.y complex. As you ire well aware, the greatest difficulty
has been the lack of a rePmoneible file clerk continuing on the
specific job long enough!to keep the files current and to
adequatedly !,now the system.
3. Some minor innrovements in the system might be made;
however, the major probleoi is rnersonnel rather than system.
