mends no attendance by CIG. General Vandenberg has stated desire 25X1A
for two CIG representatives to.attend. has request-
ed informally an invitation from G-2.
14. ICAPS Program for Coordination of Intelligence Activities.
List of projects for ICAPS coordination has been compiled and sub-
mitted to OSO,, OR&E, OC&D and P&A for comment (18 September 19116).
5. Personnel. Informal talks with OR&E resulted in rejec-
tion of Lt. Co one Casey, AAF nomination for Plans and Requirements
Branch, OR&E, on grounds of insufficient experience. AAF has been
informed.
6. Air War College request for instructional data. Reply to
AC/AS has been prepared. Now awaiting reproduction o 50-minute
speech by Advisory Council. 25X1A
25X1A7, Arrange briefing of ICAPS officers by
MMO on intelligence exploitation of documents at Wright Field,
in connection with consideration of assistance to Washington Docu-
ment Center.
