SUBJECT: Transmittal of Documents
Enclosed for your information is a copy of the memorandum
from Harold Brown to Brock McMillan following up the Panelts recom-
mendations on the MIDAS program. I believe that this will prove an
effective first step in bringing the MIDAS program more in line with
the Panelts concepts.
