Enclosed are three (3) copies each of our cost proposals for TD-1024A,
TD-1026A, and TD-1027A.
TD-1024A covers our estimated costs resulting from a requirement to
add film footage pots to the stellar/index take-up assembly. The work
involved is primarily in two areas. The first covers a modification to our
existing cables and sideplates of the pan cassette. The second half of the
effort involves modification to all our two- and three-bay consoles to provide
the capability of giving the proper commands and assurance that the commands
are being executed properly.

TD-1026A covers the cost of adding a rosette to our platen and shutter
assembly in each of the units to indicate on the film the completion of an
orbit.

TD-1027A is a small study TD under which we will investigate the feasi-
bility of an illumination measuring device. If the feasibility is proven, the
TD will be completed by the submission of a design as well as a cost proposal
indicating manufacturing and installation costs of the meter in future L Program
flights.
