obligated on th3..s contract by Amendment No. 4 consisted of

to complete all requirements under this contract within these funds by
30 June 1964.

covering performance from 1 July 1964 through 31 December 1964 and
was allotted to the contract at that time to cover the ~riod 1 July through
31 i~ugust 1964, Amendment No. 7 increased the estimated cost and fee and i.n
Amendment ;do. ~ I allotted this total sum of funds required to cover the
contract from 1 July through 31 Deer 19b4.

in Amendment No, 8 (which Headquue..rters does not yet have) was not added on
to the of FY-64 funds the reason is simply that we had thought
~whe contract to be completed on 30 Juror 1864, ~rdhen additional roquiremante
developed in fiscal 65 these were added only for the period 1 July 1964
through 31 December 1964. There is no reason ~rhy the funding for performance
in FY-b5 can not be added to the fundixtg for perfarme.n+ce ~_n fiscal 64.
