1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 1 to
Task Order No. 5 of Contract BB-425 entered into by and
between the parties hereto as of 29 June 1962.
2. By this Amendment No. 1 Paragraph 3 of Task Order
No. 5 is deleted and the following Paragraph 3 is substituted
in lieu thereof:
"3. The estimated cost of the performance
of this Task Order, exclusive of fixed
fee is Costs in excess of this
amount shall not be incurred without prior
written authorization of the Contracting Officer.
3. All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. 5
remain unchanged.

4. The above results in a net decrease in the total
