Consultant ? 25X1A
We have reviewed Statement 25X1A
of Financial Interests and have discussed it with DD/R. I am
of the opinion that no conflict of interest or appearance thereof
arises out of his current consultant relationship with the Agency.
It is remotely possible that his financial interest in Itek could
present a problem in the future, but LEI)/R is alert to this and
should any question arise will consult further with us.
