Presentation
1. This randum is to confirm my verbal request
of 16 October 1963 for the Special Security Center to
review the 3/8 T section of the .1965 Budget Estimates to
determine if certain of the material conflicts with the
requirements of the System.
2. For your informat ion it has been determined that
Division, Office of the Comptroller, in a - controlled 25X1A
memorandum. Representatives of the Budget Division
sanitized the material, in their discretion, for publication
in a document to be classified SECRFT. The Budget Division
ties subsequently indicated that the budget presentation will
be on a TOP STET basis.
