Avails Brazilian papers up to 6 March 1963 had not carried
the "Leite" Tani "Juliao" list of sponsors of the Continental Congress
of Solidarity with Cuba as reported in The Washington Poset on
11 March 1963. However, Rio de Janeiro Correia +da limbs of 3 March 1963
said that the Brazilian National Security Council and the Secret Services
of the Armed Forces were carefully studying the four documents taken
from Con mist leader Carlos Preetes as he left for Havana via Prague.
Despite their secret nature, Corre o dA Manha declared, its reported
had examined the documents,
FDD has followed the build-up for this congress since the time
Peasant League leader Francisco Juliao read a manifesto calling for
the meeting,, which was reported in the pro-Co=wnist Rio paper

Venezuelan Government had published a document, which it
called the Communists' blueprint for seizing power in
Venezuela.
Venezuelan newspapers through 3 arch 1963, the only ones
available to FD) at this time, indicate that such a document
was released to the public by Acting Minister of the Interior
Alejandro Qropeza Castillo on 25 ebruary 1963, according to a
report in the Caracas oily F1 I ona1 of that date.
