1. I concur in general with memo of 15 June 25X1
and in particular with regard to the urgent nee to accomplish the
actions outlined in para. Z.

some time ago I specifically requested that any tendency towards
security laxness be brought to my attention at the earliest opportunity.
Why has this not been done, and what support and administrative
action does he desire? I consider this problem more serious and
more urgent than any of the others mentioned in para. 2 since it
directly reflects on the individuals who are working on this highly
sensitive program within this Division. Therefore I would like a
formal investigation either byl or by the Office of Security
to determine who the individuals are who have been lax, and why I
have seen no security violations as a result of the acts and/or
indifference mentioned by

I feel that this memo plusi or your answer should be
given the same distribution.
