SUBJECT : Forecast Weather Over Cuba During the
Period 29 September through 14 October 1962
1. Pursuant to your 13 February 1963 request, the following
information pertaining to forecast weather over Cuba for the
period 29 September through 14 October 1962 is furnished. For
your information, weather forecasts used in connection with opera-
tional mission planning are provided to the Agency by the Global
Weather Central at SAC Headquarters, Offutt Air Force Base,
Nebraska. Terms used herein to describe weather conditions are
defined as follows: good: clear to 1/4 cloud cover; poor: 3,/8
to 1/2 cloud cover; bad: .5/8 to total cloud cover.
