Ex_ceptiona procedure for Pbland 1. The NETHERLANDS Delegate said that his authorities maintained their view that the special Polish policy should be recorded in a separate document, apart from the general exceptions procedures. 2. The DANISH, FRENCH, ITALIAN and UNITED KINGDOM Delegates stated that their authorities were open-minded on this question. 3. The GERMAN Delegate suggested that the general document should at least contain some reference to where the Polish procedure might be found. 4. The 'UNITED STATES Delegate suggested that, if the German suggestion were followed, reference could be made to COCOM 2631 and 2824, paragraph 26. Extension of de minimis procedure to certain Atomic Energy Eist items 5. The ITALIAN, UNITED KINGDOM and UNITED STATES Delegate said that their authorities could now accept the German proposal to extend the de minimis procedure to Atomic Energy List Items 9 (nickel wire) and 10 (woven wire mesh), with prior consultation regardless of value. 6. The BELGIAN and DANISH Delegates stated that they could join the majority on this question. 7. On June 22nd the CANADIAN Delegate informed the Committee that his authorities were open-minded as to whether or not the Polish procedure should be recorded in a separate document.
