1. Reference is made to draft paper, same subject, dated
20 Feb 57.
2. ACSI is in general agreement with the paper and suggests
modifications set forth in paras 3 and L below.
3. Under individual target listings change headings of "What
we will see" and "What we will learn" to "What we should see and
what we should learn".
4. The following additional specific amendments are proposed:
a. Page 1, Para 1, line 2 -- insert continental before US.
b. Pate 5 -- add May be able to identify function of
Mozhaysk by comparison.
c. Page 6, para 3, ',.hat we should learn -- change to
nether Nozhaysk is related to GI,i or atomic energy or both.
