SUBJECT: Request for Authorization for Clearance (U)
*ARMY Declass/Release Instructions On File*
1. Request authority to indoctrinate the following named individuals
into the TALENT Control System:
a. Ma or Frederick I. Holden, 0-1634895, Chief, Developments
Section, Collection Division, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff, Intel-
ligence.
b. Ma or Hamlet R. Carter, Jr., 0-261.34, Plans Officer, Collection
Coordination Section, Collection Division, Office of the Assistant Chief of
:Staff, Intelligence.
c. Mr. F. Edward Lane, GS-12, Plans Officer, Collection Coordina-
tion Section, Collection Division, Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff,
Intelligence.
2. The above named individuals are assigned to the newly established
Collection Coordination Section and occupy spaces which have been approved
for Special Intelligence clearance. They will be dealing daily in collective
plans, programs, and new developments covering the total field of intelligence
collection activities, and in these capacities will have a "must know" for
TALENT materials.
