l.. Lt is requested that the following-]Listed position be approved
as an Army TAB billet:
Electronics Design Consultant, USASEL, Ft Monmouth
w/duty station OCSigO, Wash DC
2. JUSTIFICATION:
Access on a "must-know" basis is required to all electronics-
related information, particularly missile range antennas and instrumenta-
tion, concerning the Sino-Soviet Bloc. Incumbent would assist in attaining
the maximum possible exploitation of photographic material available at
HTAUTOMAT in support of Special Intelligence and Elint collection in an
effort to improve collection against the Sino-Soviet Bloc and better
enable the U.S. to keep its R&D program abreast or ahead of the Bloc in the
development of missiles and ESV's,
