2. JUSTIVICCATIONs The above selected positions have a critical need
for special "C" information in order to properly plan and program Army activi-
ties in this field, and Army participation in the special "C" project. They
are responsible for development of Army components and projects, intelligence
planning and coordination, acquisition of missile targeting data, and over-all
Army operations. All of these responsibilities are directly affected by special
"C" information.
3. On approval of the above positions, Department of Army will have a
total of 32 of the authorized 45 billets.
