SUBJECT
TALENT Clearance for the President's Board
of Consultants on Foreign Intelligence Activities
1. The Inspector General turned over the attached to me this
morning. I believe no further action is required.
2. Mr. Kirkpatrick said that he had never signed a TALENT
security briefing statement. and he also indicated that he believed his
25X1A9a secretary, should be cleared and briefed because
she will have to handle papers going from him to the President's Board
and perhaps for other reasons. Accordingly, it is our joint recommen-
dation that it would be better security if she were cleared and briefed.
Would you be good enough to call upon the Inspector General and his
secretary and handle these matters at your convenience.
