MEMORANDUM FOR THE TALENT CONTROL OFFICER, CIA
SUBJECT: Department of State Cleared Personnel
Th,e Director of Intelligence and Research,
Mr. Cumming, desires to add to the list of positions
authorized access to TALENT materials within the
Department of State the Special Assistant to the
Director. It is proposed that the incumbent of that
position, Mr. Robert P. Joyce, who is also a Foreign
Service Officer of Glass 1, be cleared for access to
these materials.
