1. It is hereby requested tha be cleared
for Project AQUATONE and TALENT. 25X1A9a
2. GS-13, is a member of the ELINT Staff and
will assume much of the work formerly done by
He is a highly capable individual, particularly in the field of electronics,
and can make a material contribution to the ELINT activities of
Project AQUATONE.
3. Recent departures from this Staff of Project cleared personnel
make it essential that we clear immediately one or two additional people
if we are to fulfill our ELINT responsibilities for the Project.
Expeditious action on the above request will therefore, be greatly
appreciated.
