SECURITY: Those who are participating in AQUATONE operations must have an AQUATORE clearance. Those who use the product of AQUATONE must receive a TATENT clearance. The difference in the nature and quality of these clearances is not one of difference in standards, since they apply substantially the same standards, but a difference in certification. Accordingly, those already cleared for TALENT prior to entering AQUATONE operational bases must also be certified as AQUATONE cleared. This is accomplished by submission of the names of those to be assigned through AFOIN, G-2 or ONI, as applicable, to the Headquarters AQUATONE. Notification of AQUATONE certifi- cation will be made to those requesting as well as to the Detachment Commander in question, who is responsible for indoctrination. - 6 - HANDLE VIA TALENT CONTROL SYSTEM ONLY SECRET ?.1 us i ry Declassified and Approved For Release 2013/04/01: CIA-RDP61S00750A000300180065-7 ?
