Proposed Inspections of TALENT
Centers Overseas
1. In pursuanceof the provis
TALENT Security Manual, which was agreed by the departments
and agencies participating in the TALENT Security System. it is
led that the CIA TALENT Security Officer. 50X1
proceed to conduct an inspection of the TALENT Centers 50X1
the European Theatre which are under the supervision of the
agencies participating in the TALENT System. It is planned to
visit the following TALENT Centers under Air torce supervision:

URPIC-W and URPIC I
It would be appreciated if you would inform this office as soon as
convenient whether you perceive any objection to this inspection
tour taking place at this time.
2. You may wish to appoint a representative to accompany
on the occasion of these visits. Tour TALENT Security 50X1
Officer will be advised of the appronirnste time at which the intended
visits would occur. At that time it would be appreciated if your
office would be good enough to inform the respective TALENT units
of the inspection.
