ORANDUM FOR: Project Security Officer
Request for AQUATONE Clearance
1. The Navy has requested and I recommend that you grant
an AQUATONE clearance for Lt. Comdr. John William Holcomb,
USN, 139556/1510, who on 2S January 1957 was granted a TA.LE14T
clearance. This AQUATONE clearance to requested in connection
with his present assignment in Electronics Countermeasures and
Special Projects Plans, bureau of Aeronautics. He is working Witt
long range plans for US Navy electronics equipment.

facilitate this liaison.
