Well, I didn't go for that very much because I really felt that Christmas
is a time to say something nice to everybody and not talk about the budget
and personnel ceiling. But I had a personal experience that same ervening.
I went hone and my two young sons wft* home school, and they sing
in a school chorus. Almost every day during the Christmas holidays they've
been arced singing at churches, women's clubs, and whatnot. As I walked
