1. OCI, whose original interest in coincided with ours,
has recently inquired whether we are still- n erested in continuing
to employ him and were assured that we are. unusual stature
in his field, his extensive European experience an his intellectual
achievements and abilities are unusual assets for the School and
significantly enrich our talents on Western Europe.
2. Seven QRP's this week, including customary file studies and
interviews.
3- had another session with Karp
regarding the motion picture on language training techniques that
he has developed and hopes to produce with primary assistance from
ICA and secondary assistance from CIA. Karp now is to prepare a
proposal that will provide a basis for decisive discussion leading
to a decision to reject or particip e.
