1. The second running of the Introduction to Overseas Effective-
ness was brought to a successful conclusion on Friday last. C/LL
helped materially in winding up the course at a high level by his con-
cise and effective two-hour summary of the aim and. rationale of the
course. It is my considered opinion, based not only on the enthusias-
tic comments of those who took the course but the many highly compli-
mentary comments of visiting lecturers and many months of oi,servation
