Training of Army Officers `filled to capacity and that the Army officers would suffer the disadvan- tage of having missed certain orientation and briefing prerequisites. It invited the Army to meet and discuss their specific training require- ments and ways in which CIA could be of assistance in the Clandestine Services intelligence operations activities. which began 9 February. Davis in connection with the Army's request to enroll two of its regular officers in the JOT course 5. Proposal for the Rapid Transmittal of Information Resorts and Customer Reactions D/I, in collaboration with the other members of the Agency Planning Group have prepared a proposal for the rapid transmission of information reports which will be discussed and studied at a meeting scheduled for Thursday, 19 February at 1430. C/PPS will represent OTR at this meeting. 6. Meeting with Dr. Loyal Greer Arrangements were made for Dr. I to meet with Dr. Loyal Greer for conferences in connection with General Electric's efforts to assist the United States Air Force in the training of personnel to staff its Records Integration and Research and Analysis Divisions. Following their meeting Dr. stated that he plans to maintain a continuing liaison with Dr. Greer in order to utilize any techniques developed as a result of the General Electric USAF studies. 7.
