2.Training
In accordance with instructions from the DD/S, Far East Division
has appointed Mr. formerly of NEA Division, as 25X1
and Chief of Support at the training installc25X11.
Mr.~ expects to assume his new duties in the early spring, during
which time building construction should be under way.
3. New Building
Preliminary conversations have been held between the Plans and
Policy Staff and the Executive Officer in connection with the transfer
to that office of responsibilities in connection with the space alloca-
tions for OTR in the new building.

4. Training of Army Officers

5. Proposal for the Rapid Transmittal of Information Resorts and

reports which will be discussed and studied at a meeting scheduled
for Thursday, 19 February at 1430. C/PPS will represent OTR at this
meeting.
6. Meeting with Dr. Loyal Greer
Arrangements were made for Dr. I to meet with
Dr. Loyal Greer for conferences in connection with General Electric's
efforts to assist the United States Air Force in the training of personnel
to staff its Records Integration and Research and Analysis Divisions.
Following their meeting Dr. stated that he plans to maintain
a continuing liaison with Dr. Greer in order to utilize any techniques
developed as a result of the General Electric USAF studies.
