Paul called me one day to ask if I could
trace the commendation. He had re-
ceived word from long
before that ata&Wg the memo was
going over to him. It never reached
there.
It's possible it came to this office,
since emembered some-
thing along those lines---------but, try
as we may, we couldn't find out just what
happened to Paul's copy. Good thing
DDCI had followed through in sending
copy for official file; we picked it up
from there, made copy for Paul, and
also copy for his file in Alcntt.
