SUBJECT : Personnel Section of Far East Division T/0
The proposed revised T/O structure for the FE Division attached
to your memorandum of 23 October 1953 has been examined. Although
the number of positions concerned with personnel administration does
not appear excessive, only preliminary concurrences are possible at
this time pending (1) completion of the 0 & M Task Force survey
scheduled for the latter part of this week, (2) the implications of
possible changes in Career Board Support which may affect the Head-
quarters Personnel Section T/O, and (3) classification review of the
entire FE T/O at the time it is submitted for final approval.
