concerning former employee of this Agency. As was
indicated in that memorandwx, a copy was referred to this Staff and I
desire to make particular reference to paragraph 3 thereof
After due consideration and a review of pertinent material on file
in this office, I do not feel that any action with regard to the possible
aecurit; breach involved should be taken at this time. "chile the incident
is regrettable, I do not feel that it can be corrected I. any way nor its
repetition avoided by any action we might take. This is particularly true
in view of the pathological co dition of the subject at the time of wnd
