Authority for Central Intelligence Age
1. By agreement between Central Intelligence Agency, Munitions
Board and National Production Authority staffs, provision has been
made for use of DO ratings on Central Intelligence Agency Programs.
The agreement is aimed at securing the assistance without divulging
the identity of your agency's interest throu h the chain of supply.
The attached copy of a letter from confirms the imple-
menting procedure via a via National Production Authority and the
Munitions Board.
Z. To serve a similar purpose of confirming the procedures
for performance of Munitions Board - Central Intelligence Agency
responsibilities, it is requested that you consider the enclosed
statement of relationships. If you concur, we will proceed accord-
ingly.
