25X1A editorial review of manual and received ap l. of C/BTD to re-organize
the manual. ML-.- reported thcat Mrs. rova has been writing a new
text on this subject for some weeks at the direction of C/P&RS. Board
25X1A suspended consideration of publishing the manual until the new text is
submitted by Mr.

had approved certain revisions to the manual that she recommends after
editing the original text. Inasmuch as this manual will be completed only
for purposes of coordination with PP the board suspends consideration of
it as an OTR publication. 25X1 A
c. Clandestine Publications - Dr. reported that he has revised
about one-half the edited text and will be able to complete it during the
coming weeks, after having been interru?:)ted by several assignments of
greater priority given him. The portion completed will be given to
25X1 A Mr. to be reviewed by zr. -to validate the line of develop- 25X1 A
m.ent followed by the editor.
25X1A c)r d. reported that his priority assign-
ments had interrupted his work on this text although he had received the

to the publishing of this manual as an Agency handbook. Lacking sug-
gestions for revision from BTD, the board asked Mr. _ to secure a 25X1A
systematic review of the Glosses by those instructional staffs most
concerned, and submit the suggestions received to Dr. who will 25X1A
