At meeting on 9 Feb 53, of FI presented a proposed CS Regulation on area and language As a result of this meeting, it has been determined that S/PP should prepare an alterna- tive draft of the proposed Regulation, since it concerns the training of CS personnel in language and area. This project will be. undertaken on a priority basis and the draft is now in preparation. 10. Project 53-13, G 1ossarv of Intielligence Terminology. Several weeks ago, the Intelligence Training Division circulated a preliminary version of an "Intelligence Glossary." More recently, members of the DD/P complex have presented to OTR a compilation of definitions. S/PP has been directed to study these documents and to prepare a consolidation incorporating such improvements as seem to it to be desirable. This work is now in progress. It is understood that other parts of OTR have received similar directions and that the results of these individual efforts will subsequently be used in preparing a comprehensive glossary. U.
