On Monday, 6 Ap Y, ' Beret iV &R' the AY Program. Included in this figure were 46 new persons, 6 individuals from the Medical Office and 9 members of Air Intelligence. The post-program reactions from those who attended last week was most gratifying. 25X1 3. Following conversations with Chief, Plans and Policy Staff, and upon receipt of official notification of the DTR, the weekly In- doctrination Program will be conducted each Thursday beginning 23 April. II. ORIENTATION 1. The Tenth Agency Orientation Course is rounding into shape with the following persons agreeing to participate: on "State's Collection"; on "CIA's Collection"; Dr. o Gut he heading the Economic Intelligence Panel with Mr. Robert Chief of the Economic Accounts Branch, ORR, and Mr. William Jr., Vice Chairman of the Economic Intelligence Committee and Chief of Coordination, ORR; Abbot Smith, the latest acquisition to the National Estimates Board " tional Intelligence"; noynrina with his tested panel members covering "Scientific Intelligence"; Mr. Robert Amy presenting the subject,"Coordination;" and to present the topic, "Foreign Intelligence Patterns." Following a request from of our Plans and Policy Staff, the Acting Trai ng aison Officer of Logistics, carne to this office to have a special discussion on our functions and our services. 2. At the direction of the DTR, a letter has been prepared to go to Lt. General Graves B. Erskine telling him about the approval on his request for a special presentation to his Staff on the Mission of CIA. 3.
